We aim to deliver your product within 4-8 weeks of the order date. However, there may be instances where delivery may take longer, up to 12-15 days. In such cases, we will proactively contact you via phone or email to provide updates on the status of your product. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

✦ If no one is available at your showroom or warehouse when the package arrives, the courier will attempt redelivery. However, if the shipment remains undelivered for several days, a container rental charge may be added based on storage duration. (We only charge shipment storage after 5 days.) To avoid extra costs, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or arrange an alternative solution in advance. For any assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

✦ We ship items as soon as they are ready for dispatch. Our shipping timelines are based on the time it takes to make, check, pack, and dispatch the item. Therefore, we cannot expedite your shipments unless it is discussed before placing an order.

WHY DOES MY SHIPMENT STATUS SHOW AS RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)?

✦ Shipments are marked as RTO (Returned To Origin) if:

   * You were unavailable during delivery attempts.

   * The address provided was insufficient.

You were unreachable on the provided contact number. Contact our Customer Service team for assistance with re-shipping the item.

 

HOW WILL THE ORDERED PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED?
