These are not assumptions; we’ve personally visited each factory we work with to ensure their facilities, materials, and built real relationships based on our quality expectations and UK compliance standards.

Once we’ve curated our product selection, we work closely with you to meet your sourcing needs. Whether you’re looking to expand your product range or bring in exclusive pieces, we offer a variety of collections with flexible order volumes. Although we can assist with customisation and even space planning for bulk interior projects, our primary focus is helping you offer high-quality, on-trend furniture to you or your customers without the complexities of overseas sourcing. For added transparency, we can also arrange live video tours with selected manufacturers to give you a closer look at production and quality. Transparency is at the heart of how we operate. We offer different transport and delivery options depending on your requirements and provide quotes tailored to the logistics service you choose. Throughout production, we keep you updated with regular photos of your order in progress, so you’re always in the loop. 

Before shipping, each order is thoroughly inspected—either by our team or a trusted third-party QC agent—to ensure it meets both your standards and the UK’s fire safety regulations. From there, we manage full door-to-door delivery to your warehouse, shop, or fulfilment centre—so you can focus on sales while we handle the rest. Our support doesn’t end with delivery. We’re here to assist with any post-shipment concerns, ensure your satisfaction, and help streamline repeat orders.
