1) Can retail customers place an order?
Absolutely! Retail customers are welcome to order, and products with the code CH01 can be purchased as single pieces.
2) What is the payment policy for retail customers?
Retail customers are kindly requested to pay 100% in advance. Orders are confirmed once the full payment is received.
3) What is the payment process for bulk?
To confirm your order, a 50% payment is required upfront. The remaining 50% is due within 3 business days after delivery.
4) How can I know the softness or firmness of the sofa?
To help you understand the softness or firmness, we clearly mention this in the specifications below each product. Additionally, when we photograph our sofas, we gently press or “punch” them to show how soft or firm they are, giving you a real feel of the comfort before you buy.
5) What are the grades in upholstery?
We have four upholstery grades to suit different needs: B is entry-level, A is good, A+ is excellent, and A Premium is our top-quality option.
6) What is the warranty period?
The warranty depends on the quality level you choose. We offer four quality options—lower, medium, good, and excellent—each with its own warranty duration tailored to your selection.
7) Are the pictures original?
Yes, most of our pictures are original and taken directly from our products. We want you to feel confident about your purchase by showing you exactly what to expect.

MIYANI'S operates primarily online and does not have a physical warehouse open to the public. However, we provide extensive HD images, real-life product photos, and videos for most of our products. In some cases, live video consultations may be possible. Additionally, we can provide material samples for selected furniture pieces upon request.
28) Do your prices include taxes or import duties?
